What to bring to a Gong Bath Meditation?

Bring a yoga mat, foam mattress or even… an infinity chair (yes, really!), PLEASE bring a blanket to keep you warm, especially if you tend to get cold when you relax... bring a pillow/bolster, an eye mask (we have extra for you) Basically, bring anything you need to be really cozy and comfortable!

What to wear to a Gong Bath Meditation?

Point of Clarification! This is, indeed, a FULLY CLOTHED event. (And you are not the only person to wonder about this!) So yes, please DO wear comfortable clothing. The word "Bath" in Gong Bath refers to sound waves, not water!
