Art, Yoga and You!

VISION STATEMENTHi-Desert Artists (HDA) is an artist-designed and operated non-profit corporation created for the benefit of its members and the community. HDA advocates accessibility to the exhibition and sales of artwork by established and emerging artists on a continuing basis and welcomes non-members to show their work in special exhibitions. In addition, HDA seeks to provide opportunities for members to be involved in all aspects of supporting and operating an active and vibrant art gallery including, but not limited to, gallery management, art sales, public relations, marketing, curatorship, exhibit preparation, maintenance, and educational programming. The member artists aim to stimulate conversations within the High Desert community on aesthetic, interpretive, environmental, and material interests as well as fostering growth and development of the art community at large. In return, members will have an equal vote on all manners concerning the operation of the organization as outlined in the bylaws."

Hi-Desert Artists

Unwind your mind and get creative with some yoga stretches and art vibes all in one chill session.

Using the Chakras (Energy Centers) as a structure, we will explore the connection between doing Yoga and making art. In each class we will divide our time between doing gentle Chair Yoga and making beautiful art. As the Chakras move from earth to heaven, each class will build upon the previous class. No Yoga props or mats required. Art supplies are not included. Please bring your own personal art supplies for creating a painting, drawing, or collage. Series of 4 classes.	Cost: $120 for the series of 4 classes
