Live Concert Performance

Join us at the Waikiki Community Center on Saturday, March 28, for a special evening performance with acclaimed Hawaiian slack key master Makana.

This 6:00 PM evening show offers a beautiful setting to experience Makana’s music, storytelling, and artistry in an intimate community venue.

Blending traditional slack key guitar with original compositions and Hawaiian cultural storytelling, Makana creates a powerful musical journey rooted in tradition and innovation.

General Admission – $35
Open seating in the main audience area.

Art Patron Seating – $45
Reserved seating in the first two rows closest to the stage, offering an enhanced, up-close concert experience while helping support the arts at Waikīkī Community Center.

Seating is communal and first-come, first-served, except for designated Art Patron seats.

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

The Waikiki Community Center has served our keiki (children), kūpuna (elders), and community since 1978.

This concert is presented for our community and supported in part by the HTA Kūkulu Ola Program, helping to bring and perpetuate Hawaiian culture throughout our islands.
