<p>During the session, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation through breathwork and meditation, followed by a soothing sound journey using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, or gongs. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional release and energetic balance.</p>
