<h3>WELCOME TO THE SPACE</h3> <h4>.What to expect...</h4>The return to harmony and balance utilizing gentle qi gong modalities before we slowly walk the mind down into the body or an integrative energetic experience. Allowing the symphony of ambient sound waves to wash through the body effectively redirecting and balancing the flow energy restoring us to our optimal potential. The transcendent soundscape will relax and open us into the awareness or perhaps enable us to determine our next steps in waking reality. Enjoy the journey..The new moon is a timespace where we can deeply evaluate and make shifts we need in order to support our highest alignment.As we dial into the cyclical cycle we will take time to write down some insights for ourselves for the next 28 days. This will support us in meeting your manifestations in real time.There will be time for tea and community afterward.Soundbath meditation will be led with crystal and metal bowls, gongs, bells, chimes, ect.. also and audio frequency mix of isochronic tones/ binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies. <h4>"We are made of sound and light and our integration is our birthright."</h4> LIMITED SPACES! You space will be set up for you. If you would like to bring anything additional for your comfort you are welcome to do so.
