This study group will deepen your practice and is fully accessible to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike

<p>A group book study and discussion is one of the best ways to deepen your practice and your life. Facilitated by Asenath Avinash who has two decades of intensive Buddhist study and practice, this group is welcoming, regardless of your level of experience. Don't worry about homework or preparation. There is none required for this group. Ceremony Social Spa is a warm, inviting space, and this group is supportive to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. If you'd like to add a sauna and cold plunge to your meditation (before or after), bring your swimsuit and check-in at the front desk. There is a charge for the sauna + cold plunge, but the book study is free.</p>
