Mommy & Me Yoga at The Hive

Join us for Mommy & Me Yoga on the back patio of The Hive Coffee House—a sweet blend of movement, connection, coffee, and play.

This 45-minute class is designed for moms and their little ones, offering gentle yoga, breath awareness, and mindful movement in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Who this class is for:

• Moms 6 weeks postpartum and beyond
• Babies 6 weeks up to 24 months old
• Older siblings (up to age 7) are welcome too! We’ll invite them to bring their favorite baby doll or stuffed animal to care for during class

What to expect:

• Gentle, supportive yoga for moms
• Baby-friendly movement, cuddles, and play
• A judgment-free space where feeding, soothing, and moving with your baby are all welcome
• Time to connect with other moms over yoga and coffee

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Diaper bag (and anything your little one may need)
• Stuffed animals or baby dolls for older children attending class

• 3rd Wednesday of each month May–September 2026
• 10:00–10:45 AM
• Back patio at The Hive Coffee House
• $15 for mom + baby and $5 for each additional child

About the Instructor:

Class is led by Mallorie Ables, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, a yoga therapist with specialized training in kids yoga and pre- and postnatal yoga. Mallorie welcomed her first child, Marlie Kay, last November and is deeply honored to share this practice alongside her own child—and with you and your children. Her teaching style is warm, inclusive, and rooted in nervous system support, connection, and real-life motherhood.
