Mother Acres Spring Farm-to-Table Dinner
Mother Acres × Chef Colter Peck live-fire in field farm dinner with local produce, drinks, faith, fellowship, and seasonal Texas flavors.
Join Mother Acres and renowned live-fire chef Colter Peck for a spring farm-to-table dinner located in one of the fields that we raise our animals in. This dinner will be rooted in faith, community, and Texas land stewardship.
Hosted outdoors across from the Lincoln Community Center, this intimate gathering brings guests together around long communal tables to break bread, give thanks, and share a meal prepared with care and intention.
The evening begins with a prayer of gratitude to God for the land and the harvest before guests are served a seasonal multi-course dinner highlighting Mother Acres pasture-raised beef, Stubbs Farm chicken, and peak Texas produce. Select courses will be cooked and finished over live mesquite fire by Chef Colter Peck, celebrating the craft of traditional Texas live-fire cooking.
Guests will enjoy Mesacano flour tortillas from Austin, Texas, made with butter and pasture-raised beef tallow, alongside Texas beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Dinner will be served family-style on long outdoor tables set with eclectic goodwill plates and glassware—simple, welcoming, and grounded in hospitality.
This is not a restaurant dinner.
It is a gathering to share a meal, honor God’s provision, and celebrate the land together.
Limited seating: 25–30 guests
$200 per guest for the dinner and Mother Acres take home bag (Various handcrafted goods and farm produce.)
