This is your invitation to express, to be seen, to be heard, to release what you're ready to let go of, and to recalibrate your nervous system.Holosomatic breathwork creates a safe container for deep transformation. Through this practice, you'll tap into your body's innate wisdom and unlock what's ready to release under this powerful moon.This is for you if:<ul><li>You’re tired of carrying tension you can’t explain</li><li>You want to feel calm without needing substances or distractions</li><li>You’re ready to actually process instead of just cope</li><li>You’re done talking about it and ready to move it through</li></ul>WHAT TO BRING:<ul><li>Water bottle (refill station available)</li><li>Bolster and/or pillow</li><li>Extra blanket (optional)</li><li>Journal (recommended)</li></ul>WHAT TO WEAR: Loose, comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely inPREPARATION: Please eat lightly in the 2 hours before the event. A small snack will be provided after the breathwork session.LOCATION DETAILS:<ul><li>Parking lot available in back</li><li>Free street parking along Irving Street</li><li>Locker room available for shoes, bags, and coats</li><li>Water station for refilling bottles</li><li>2 bathrooms on the lower floor</li></ul>IMPORTANT: CONTRAINDICATIONS<ul><li>Cardiovascular problems</li><li>High or abnormal blood pressure</li><li>History of aneurysms</li><li>Epilepsy or history of seizures</li><li>Anyone on heavy medication</li><li>Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia</li><li>Bipolar depression</li><li>Osteoporosis</li><li>Recent surgery</li><li>Glaucoma</li><li>Pregnancy</li><li>Active addiction</li><li>Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support</li></ul>Some participants may feel discomfort or anxiety during breathwork, particularly if they have a fear of losing control or consciousness. My role as your teacher is to guide and support you through these moments, helping you push through discomfort and embrace the process in a safe and nurturing environment.If you have concerns about whether breathwork is right for you, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your well-being.PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE: Photos will be taken for marketing purposes.
