SPRING AWAKENING. Five courses to celebrate the flavors of Spring
Lay Winter to rest, and welcome in Spring with a five course dinner event that embraces the culinary gifts that Spring provides.

Spend Wednesday March 25th with Robert Daleski for SPRING AWAKENING- a five course dinner designed to showcase the flavors of the new season.
Begin your dinner with the duo of crostini... perfectly toasted rustic bread... one topped with herbed goat cheese and drizzled with a a sweet yet tangy apricot balsamic glaze along with slivered spring ham and the pop of lightly pickled mustard seeds.
The second crostini will have a spread of spring green herb whipped butter and topped with shaved spring radish and a sprinkling of sea salt.
Followed by silky white asparagus soup topped with thin slices of cured salmon and the light crunch of crispy capers and toasted pistachios
After soup enjoy a refreshing green salad of baby gem lettuce sprinkled with spring peas and crispy prosciutto and drizzled with herbaceous Green Goddess dressing
Then arrives slow braised lamb meatballs over creamy polenta with caramelized leeks and spring fennel with the light accent of mint gremolata.
The Spring celebratory menu will finish with the tangy sweetness of Grapefruit Upside Down Cake... drizzled with a Lavender vanilla sauce.
