What’s included in the ticket price?

Your ticket covers all materials, tools, and packaging, plus your first custom product. Each creation includes Mode’s signature finishing—wax seals, tissue wrapping, and a personalized card.

Can I make more than one product?

Yes! You can add additional creations for +$20 each during the workshop. Many guests choose to craft both a perfume and a candle or body oil.

Will my scent be saved for future purchases?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You’ll fill out a formula card for your blend, and Mode keeps a copy in the studio’s archive. This allows you to reorder your custom scent at any time.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 5 days before the workshop. After that window, you can transfer your ticket to another guest or reschedule for a future session.

Is this workshop good for groups or private events?

Absolutely. The Scent Studio can be booked for private sessions, team experiences, or celebrations. Private bookings start at $250 for two guests and can be customized.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something comfortable that allows free movement. Everything you need is provided—no need to bring materials. Just bring curiosity and an open nose.

Can I gift a workshop seat?

Yes! Gift certificates are available and can be customized for any date or amount. They make a beautiful experience gift for friends, partners, or coworkers. Just be sure to note it during checkout or email me once you receive your confirmation with the guest name, phone number, and email.

Free street parking is available on the same street or in the surrounding neighborhoods. It is pretty easy to find an open spot and take a short stride up the street if necessary.
