What is the Consistency Mini Retreat?

It’s the Kickoff for Women’s Consistency: a women’s-only mini retreat that combines a CrossFit fundamentals workout, a YOMO recovery reset, and a simple plan for your next 28 days.

Do I have to join the 28-Day Camp to attend the Mini Retreat?

No. You can attend the Mini Retreat on its own. If you want deeper results with accountability and support, the 28-Day Camp is the next step.

Is the mini retreat required if I join the 28 Day Consistency Camp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's our Tribe Orientation and kickoff - where we learn CrossFit movements, scaling basics, build confidence, and map your plan for the 28 days.

I’m nervous about CrossFit—what should I expect?

Expect coaching, support, and options. We’ll teach key movements, show you how to scale, and guide you through a workout that’s appropriate for all levels.

What if I already have CrossFit experience?

You should still come. The Mini Retreat is where you connect with the group, get aligned on the plan, and start the 28 days together—not just learn movements.

Will I be singled out if I’m new?

Absolutely not. We typically do an introduce yourself at the beginning of class and you don't have to tell everyone your level.  You’ll never be judged for scaling or modifying.

Do I need to be “fit” to do the workout?

Not at all. This is designed for all levels, mostly beginners—including women who are just getting back into a routine.

Is it a hard workout?

It’s a real workout, but it’s not meant to crush you. The goal is confidence, education, and momentum—not exhaustion.

What will we learn in the CrossFit fundamentals portion?

The basics of key movement patterns (like squats, hinging, pressing, pulling), how scaling works, and how to move safely so you feel confident joining future classes.

What should I bring?

Water, a towel if you want one, and a journal/notepad if you like writing things down. Wear something you can move in.

What is YOMO?

YOMO (Yoga + Mobility) is a yoga-inspired mobility class for active bodies. It blends movement, breathwork, deep stretching, and a short reset/meditation—made for the inflexible and anyone who wants yoga to feel less intimidating.

Do I need yoga experience for YOMO?

No. YOMO is beginner-friendly and designed for people who lift, do CrossFit, run, or feel “too tight for yoga.

What if I’m not flexible?

Perfect—you’re exactly who YOMO is for. You’ll get options and modifications the whole time.

What is the “easy vision boarding” activity?

Simple and low-pressure. You’ll choose one theme and one image to anchor your intention for the next 28 days—no crafting skills required.

Yes—light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

You can still attend. We’ll modify movements and help you choose options that support your body.
