The Wildlands Conservancy (TWC) is dedicated to preserving the beauty and biodiversity of the earth and to providing programs so that children may know the wonder and joy of nature.The Sonoma Coast Region is comprised of two preserves, Jenner Headlands Preserve and Estero Americano Coast Preserve. These two preserves are part of 25 preserves owned and stewarded by The Wildlands Conservancy, which collectively make-up the largest nonprofit nature preserve system on the west coast. Encompassing more than 209,000 acres of remarkable landscape, these preserves are open to the public free of charge for passive recreation and outdoor education.The Wildlands Conservancy is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation.

<p>Join us as we learn to appreciate and identify the varied species of wildflowers found on the Preserve. This moderately challenging hike will take us about 4 miles and 400 feet of elevation gain across varied terrain with sweeping vistas up on the Ridge Trail down to the water's edge on the bluff Trail. Bring layers, water and a lunch. Weather can be sunny and warm or foggy, windy and cold.</p>
