Yes,  tickets help us manage capacity, plan activities, and ensure there’s enough cake and refreshments for everyone.

What if it rains?

We’ll keep everyone updated. If the weather is unsuitable, we’ll announce a backup plan or alternative arrangements ahead of time.

What time can I arrive to set up my picnic area?

Accepted Answer

Gates open at 11am  and attendees can set up their picnic spots from that time onward. If you’re bringing larger items (tables, decorations, or group setups), please arrive early so you have enough time to get comfortable before activities begin

Can I take pictures on the day?

Absolutely, we encourage it. If there isn’t at least one person taking a dramatic slow‑motion bite of cake, did the picnic even happen?
