Is this therapy?

No. Though we're being hosted by the awesome folks at the Cohen Clinic, SPARK! leads non-clinical, community-based creative workshops. It is not therapy and does not provide mental health treatment. If you or a loved one are experiencing mental health challenges, we urge you to call 988+1.

Do I need artistic or musical experience?

Not at all. No prior experience is required. Curiosity is enough.

Question 4

What will we actually do?

Accepted Answer

Participants will translate short words or phrases into Morse code and experiment with rhythm, simple percussion, visual patterns, and creative problem-solving.

Do I have to share anything personal?

No. Participation is always optional. You are welcome to engage at your own comfort level.

No. This workshop is free.

Can I just show up?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome, so long as we have space. RSVPs help us plan materials.
