We’ll take on familiar claims—like what wine “legs” really tell you, whether older wine is always better, and if price truly predicts quality—and unpack the ideas behind them.
You will learn how these myths took hold, what truth (if any) they contain, and why trusting your own palate matters more than rules.
Through a course of thoughtfully selected wines, each pour tells a different story, reinforcing that wine is meant to be enjoyed—not overanalyzed.
