Lochi is known for his science-based approach and his ability to make complex health and performance concepts actionable for everyday life - whether your goals are fat loss, muscle gain, improved energy, simply to move with a little more ease, or overall wellbeing, you'll walk away with something logical to apply. Lochi will share practical insights that help people of all ages and fitness levels apply evidence-based wellness strategies into their day-to-day routines.
