One ticket includes admission for you and your chosen birth partner.Join experienced doulas Tara Van Dyke and Nicki Worden for an interactive childbirth class designed to help you feel calm, capable, and connected during labor.Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or adding new skills to your birth experience, this 2-hour workshop focuses on practical, proven tools that make a real difference in the moment.Together, we’ll move through hands-on stations where you’ll learn and rehearse:<ul><li>Effective counterpressure techniques </li><li>Position changes that support labor progress </li><li>Breath work and coping skills to reduce tension </li><li>Clear partner support strategies that build confidence </li></ul>We will equip you and your support partner with skills you can actually use, so you walk into labor feeling steady, prepared, and so ready to welcome your baby together.
