Take Action presents: The Downey Wellness & Resource Fair

Free wellness resources, mental health information, and giveaways at the Downey Street Fair. Family-friendly community event open to all.

Join us for the Take Action Downey Wellness & Resource Fair, a community-centered wellness experience taking place during the Downey Street Fair, one of the city’s largest annual events featuring over 150 local vendors, food booths, and family-friendly activities.

Presented through the Take Action Initiative, this special wellness activation will provide free mental health resources, wellness information, and community services for attendees of all ages.

Visitors can:

• Connect with local wellness and community organizations
• Access free mental health and wellness resources
• Receive educational materials and giveaways
• Enjoy family-friendly activities and community engagement
• Attend live stage appearances featuring local leaders and public agencies

While the street fair will feature local businesses and food vendors, all Take Action wellness resources and activities are completely free to the public.

This is a family-friendly event open to all ages, designed to bring neighbors together and increase awareness of mental health, wellness, and community support.

The event will take place outdoors in an ADA-accessible public space.

This event is supported through the Take Action LA initiative, funded by the California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) through Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention funding. Rambo House Community operates under Take Action LA funded programming. All activities and resources are provided free of charge to the community.

By attending, participants acknowledge that photos or video may be taken in public areas.
