Any tricks to finding the classroom?

We're in the Glen Hill North area, and the buildings all look similar. Look for Building E, which is actually off Nicoll Way, facing the little lake. Come in the main entrance door, and take stairs or elevator to the second floor. You'll find us in suite 220, with a sign for Cohera LLC.

What should I wear?

We may be getting on the floor to practice some labor positions, so dress comfy!

May I bring my partner to class?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket to Birth Prep Express also includes admission for one support person. It should be someone who plans to play an important role on your birth support team. It can be husband, partner, mom, friend, or whoever else is important to you!
