Overview

Bi-monthly outdoor classes from spring-fall for grounding, restoration, and reconnection.

First and Third Mondays from March 23-September 21

As the day softens and the light begins to shift, gather in the open air to joyfully move, intentionally breathe, and mindfully turn within. These hourlong, all-level outdoor classes are an invitation to slow down and root into our outer and inner landscape.

While immersed in nature, together we’ll cultivate a deeper connection to the earth beneath us, the sky above, and ourselves. Each class is designed to be accessible and nourishing, offering space for both strengthening and unwinding.

Come as you are. Ages 16 and up. This occurs outside, dress for the weather. Bring a yoga mat and water, and a towel and/or blanket if you can, and anything else to be comfortable. There is access to cover if needed during rainy weather, these will only be canceled if weather is inclement or dangerous.

$10-20 sliding scale (Sliding scale is a flexible, honor-system pricing model designed to increase accessibility by allowing students to pay according to their financial means. The same service can be purchased at different price points, please pay more if you can to support others who cannot.) You can also pay in person the day-of, and choose any price in this range. Thank you!

Taught by Bryanne (Brye) Shepard, who has over 20 years of experience in mindfulness practices, from Yoga to Full Moon Walks. Brye’s down-to-earth and welcoming teaching style keeps her classes fun, accessible, and relatable so everyone can make it their own and find a point of resonance to carry home.
