Food Manager Certification
This course meets state requirements for Food Manager Certification in Wisconsin and Minnesota utilizing the ServSafe curriculum.
Book and exam code cost included in the registration fee. Class is November 3 & 5th and the exam is November 10, 2026 from 5:30-9pm. Retest date is November 12, 2026.
Training is offered in person at the La Crosse campus and online via Zoom. Registration deadline is one week prior to the class start date.
Exams are held in person at La Crosse campus only. A photo ID is required.
