Afro Vintage: First Friday Art + Culture Party

Afro-Latin dance, DJ sets, vintage fashion, and creative community—First Friday vibes in the heart of Boulder.

Afro Vintage is a First Friday celebration of music, movement, style, and culture at Garage Sale Vintage on Pearl Street.

We’re transforming the space into a creative gathering for artists, dancers, fashion lovers, and cultural explorers. The evening begins at 5:00 PM with an Afro/Latin dance class designed to get everyone moving—no partner or experience required. Come learn, connect, and feel the rhythm.

From there, DJ Musa Starseed sets the tone with an immersive mix of Afro House, Salsa, Reggaeton, and Tropical Caribbean sounds—blending global grooves with vintage soul energy all evening long.

Evening Flow

5:00 PM – Doors Open
Arrive early, explore the vintage space, connect with community, and settle into the vibe.

5:30 PM – Afro/Latin Dance Class
An energizing, accessible class designed to get everyone moving. No partner or experience required. We’ll explore rhythm, body movement, and foundational steps to prepare you for the dance floor.

6:15 PM – DJ Set Begins
DJ Musa Starseed takes over with a dynamic mix of Afro House, Salsa, Reggaeton, and Tropical Caribbean sounds—blending soulful grooves with high-energy rhythms.
