Originally from St. Mary's County, Maryland, Jen graduated from PACE University with a BFA in Musical Theatre and Minor in Commercial Dance and trained at London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for Shakespearean Acting.Jen has worked in Broadway and Off-Broadway in numerous productions and was mentored by Hollywood's Garry Marshall. Currently, she runs her own dance company, Metanoia Dance, in New York City and proudly teaches at her home studio where it all began, Broadway Dance Center. Theme: Women's History MonthDuration: Approx. 2hrs workshop with a 10 minutes break for costume change. Each half is around 30 to 40 min long. Poses start at 30 sec to 1 min for warm up and then we move on to 3min, 5min, 8min in the first half and 5 min,10 min and 15 minutes poses in the second half. Dancer dancers slowly before holding each pose.What to expect: The dancer will dance very slowly and will hold poses in between dance moves.Interested to join in-person?
