Do I need prior yoga or Reiki experience?

No. This experience is designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible.
All postures are fully supported with props, and Reiki is received passively while you rest.
You don’t need to “know” anything or do anything special.

What exactly is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice intended to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. During the restorative portion of the evening, Rebecca will move quietly around the room offering brief, individualized Reiki support to each participant.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in — similar to what you might wear to a gentle yoga class or cozy evening at home. Layers are encouraged.

What if I have an injury or a physical limitation?

Restorative postures are adaptable and supported with bolsters, blankets, and blocks. You’ll be invited to share any injuries or concerns before we begin so modifications can be offered as needed.

Where exactly is the event held?

The event takes place in a private home studio at 1 Elizabeth Street in Etna, PA.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Street parking is available nearby for free. No permit needed. I highly recommend parking on Mount Hope Street (the cross-street), but there's always some spots on Elizabeth Street as well.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the limited group size, registrations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. If you need to cancel earlier than that, your payment may be transferred to a future event.

Question 8

What if I'm not sure Reiki is for me?

Accepted Answer

That’s completely okay. Many participants attend primarily for the restorative yoga experience and are simply open to receiving gentle support while they rest.
There is no expectation to believe anything or feel anything specific.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and some water if you'd like it nearby. All mats and props are supplied.
