Hosted at TALA Beach, this immersive breathwork experience blends guided techniques, music, and intention to create a grounding and transformative journey by the ocean. This month’s gathering is the VISP Edition, sponsored by VISP in celebration of their third birthday. Join an incredible community of wellness for breathwork, meditation, and celebratory gifting and birthday snacks &amp; refreshments in honor of this milestone moment. Awaken the Breath is designed for all levels. No prior experience is needed. Guests are guided through gentle yet powerful breathing patterns that help regulate the nervous system and cultivate clarity, calm, and connection. This is more than a class — it’s a ritual.
