Black Girls Jump is bringing together high-energy movement and holistic wellness for an unforgettable community fundraising experience. Jump, Heal & Thrive combines our signature Jump Rope-a-Thon — where girls raise pledges to support their participation — with our 2nd Annual restorative Day of Wellness featuring yoga, workshops, beauty sessions, and a wellness marketplace.

This event supports programs that promote culturally relevant fitness, leadership development, and health equity for Black women and girls.
