The world feels loud. Fast. Unpredictable. And yet—this moment is also asking more of us: more clarity, more heart, more grounded leadership.

Join internationally respected psychologist Dacher Keltner, founding director of the Greater Good Science Center and professor at the University of California, Berkeley, alongside somatic educator, Stephanie Lopez and mind-body yoga expert, Denise Hatch for a dynamic, real-world conversation about what actually helps us thrive when life feels uncertain.

Dacher Keltner, author of Awe and Born to Be Good, has spent decades studying the science of emotion, compassion, and wellbeing. His research shows that yogic practices and exploring nature, art, and being in community, calm the nervous system, reduce stress chemistry, and expand our sense of connection. These practices makes us less reactive and more generous and widen our perspective when the world feels small.

Stephanie Lopez brings decades of experience weaving classical yoga philosophy with trauma-informed somatics and meditation. As neuroscience continues to explore neuroplasticity and vagal tone, the practices yogis have refined for centuries—breathwork, mindful movement, deep awareness—are now backed by data. They regulate the stress response. They increase emotional range. They build inner steadiness that isn’t dependent on outer conditions.

Denise Hatch is the founder of Power of the Mind and the Yoga Sports Performance Method. She blends yoga, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience. With over three decades of experience, she has trained, professional athletes creatives, leaders and high performers. Denise explores how stress imprints live in the body and nervous system. Breath, attention, and presence can transform those patterns and embodied awareness restores steadiness, clarity, and compassion

What will you walk away with?
• Practical tools to regulate anxiety and steady your nervous system
• A deeper understanding of how yogic practices and nature reshape the brain
• Insight into how compassion strengthens leadership and connection
• Renewed confidence that your personal practice matters—in your life and in the world
• A felt sense of hope rooted in evidence, not denial

You’ll leave with language for what you’re experiencing, tools to navigate it, and inspiration to embody resilience in a way that’s authentic, grounded, and contagious.

Because in uncertain times, well-being isn’t a luxury. It’s leadership.
