Rooted and Rising: Healing Through Art with Amanda
Coming soon: Amanda’s next trauma-informed group will focus on art and healing. A supportive space for reflection, expression, and connect
This experiential group invites participants to explore the connection between creativity and trauma healing in a supportive, trauma-informed space. Through guided reflection and art-based expression, participants will have the opportunity to engage emotions, experiences, and inner processes in ways that do not rely on words alone. Creative work can offer another path toward awareness, regulation, meaning-making, and connection.
Throughout the group, Amanda will guide participants through structured exercises designed to support reflection, emotional expression, and gentle exploration of trauma-related themes. The focus is not on artistic skill, but on the process of engaging creativity in a way that feels grounding, meaningful, and supportive of healing.
No artistic experience is required. The emphasis is on self-expression, reflection, and safety rather than performance or technique.
