This workshop aims to strengthen the communication capabilities of Executive Assistants by helping them communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in fast-paced executive environments. Participants will enhance their verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, learn how to manage upward communication effectively, handle difficult conversations diplomatically, and represent leadership with professionalism. The program also supports aspiring EAs in understanding the communication standards expected in executive support roles.
