ABOUT LITTLE SALLY

Born and raised just outside of Detroit, Little Sally was steeped in the Motown sound early on, thanks to her grandparents Bob and Karen. That foundation deepened during her college years in Detroit’s Cass Corridor, where underage nights (sorry mom!) at Soul Deep Fridays (hosted by the incredible collector and historian Mike Dutkewych) sparked a lifelong obsession with soul music and dance floor fun.

Now Brooklyn-based for over a decade, Little Sally (aka Hope Morawa) smashes her love of hometown oldies and her party-throwing instincts together on the dance floor. Pulling from Motown, soul, funk, and other feel-good gems, Be My Baby is designed for dancing first, thinking later — and this edition doubles as her birthday celebration, so bring your best moves and your loudest singalongs.
