You're welcome to bring anything you may need for your comfort water bottles, sweaters, etc. But we have you covered! Yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

Comfortable, breathable clothing. We will be indoors.

Ample free street parking available on West Adams blvd. Please arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to park, and get settled in the studio comfortably.
