What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Follow the event parking signs. There is a large, free lot right outside the DeSales University Center.

Where is the event located?

The event will take place at the DeSales University Center (DUC) located at 2755 Station Ave, Center Valley PA 18034. Follow the "event parking" signs.

Question 3

I have special accessibility need; can you accommodate me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The venue is handicap accessible.

Question 4

How do I cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

If your plans have changed and you are no longer able to join us, please either cancel your registration through Eventbrite or email elaine.thode@desales.edu.

I am gluten free. Will there be any options for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be at least one option that is gluten free. We regret that we cannot make individual accommodations.

Question 6

What time will the food be served?

Accepted Answer

The check-in desk will open at 11:30am. Guests can go through the buffet line as soon as they have checked in. Please arrive no later than 12pm so you can get your food and be seated for the 12:15 program. Seating will be at round tables so you may eat during the panel discussion.
