Can I bring my kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes - as long as they can sit and be calm, take a rest or draw.  All kids under 20 with a a paying adult come  for free.

Do I need to sing?

No, you can join in the guided chanting or just listen.

When do the doors open?

Accepted Answer

Doors open at 6:15, doors close and front of church is locked at 6:40; so please be in the meditation rom by then

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring a pillow and blanket to your comfort level; a journal if you like to write down your experience during or afterward.  Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Never been to a sound bath, what can I expect?

Accepted Answer

It can feel like a gentle massage or your whole life can shift into multidimensional healing. It all depends on the day and the level you receive at.  Some people fall asleep, some feel completely relax, some go on a meditative journey, some see images and colors, some feel a little agitation
