Our Menopause at Work training program is designed to build meaningful awareness around menopause, its impact in the workplace, and the wider effect it can have on individuals and organizational performance.

Through this 8-hour program, we empower organizations to foster an open, supportive, and psychologically safe culture where conversations around menopause are normalized and stigma is actively reduced. Our approach helps protect careers, retain valuable talent, and strengthen workplace wellbeing.

This training is not exclusively for women. It is intentionally designed for leaders, managers, HR professionals, and employees of all genders — because creating an inclusive workplace is a shared responsibility.
