Dr. Sketchy's Baltimore: Burlesque Life Drawing feat. Luna Rei

A fabulous night of figure sketching featuring the alluring Luna Rei as our model and performer!

A livelier life drawing event, Dr. Sketchy’s is where artists of all levels draw fabulous burlesque and variety performers. Enjoy delicious cocktails and compete in zany drawing contests to win free drinks and other awesome prizes! We’ll start off with quick 1- and 2-minute gesture poses and gradually move up to 20-minute sketches. No drawing experience is necessary; just bring your own drawing materials—plus generous cash tips for our model—and join us for some fun figure sketching practice!

For our March session, we're thrilled to have Luna Rei—the "Goddess of Diamonds and Pearls"—as our gorgeous and talented model/performer! Here's more about this month's muse:

"Luna Rei is a burlesque performer, dancer, and instructor with over three years of professional burlesque experience and a lifetime of dance experience since age 3. Known for classic glamour, theatrical storytelling, and boundary-pushing stagecraft, Luna Rei has been bringing opulence, attitude, and allure to stages and festivals across the East Coast and beyond."

Come early to get the best seats and a drink—and even a delicious dinner—then stay after we wrap up to share your work with fellow artists over one last drink at the bar.

Doors at 6:00 pm, drawing from 7-10 pm. 18+ to draw, 21+ to drink. $15 in advance, $20 at the door, plus service fees for online and in-person credit card transactions. BYO drawing supplies. No photography, messy paints, or dip pens, please (watercolors are fine).
