Black & Gold Redefined Chef Experience

Guests can expect an immersive culinary showcase designed to introduce a new standard of private grill dining. The Grand Tasting will feature a curated three tier tasting experience, 9 different savory meats, 7 complimenting sides, highlighting refined open fire cooking, layered marinades, and bold, intentional flavor.

Throughout the evening, guests will experience structured tastings presented in a controlled, elevated setting with curated wine pairings and live entertainment. Each course is designed to reflect the discipline and precision behind the private chef experience.

The atmosphere will feel intimate, polished, and exclusive. This is not a casual food event. It is a luxury tasting preview crafted to leave a lasting impression. Guests will depart with a curated gift bag and a signature bottle of reserve sauce, offering a tangible introduction to the experience.

Serving Format

Each purchased tier ticket will be served as the guest’s full plated portion for the evening.

All guests will also have the opportunity to experience sample tastings from the other tiers, allowing everyone to explore the full Black Gold Redefined menu.

TIER MENU:

Preparation: Before the fire meets the grill, the menu rests 12–48 hours in layered marinades tailored to the meat's density, delivering bold flavor that hits deep & lingers on the palate.

Tier 1 – Chivalry of Black

Foundation Grill

  • Brined Beef Brisket
    Slowly brined to establish depth & tenderness, allowing the grill to carry the final expression.
  • Parted Stuffed Chicken
    Meticulously designed to retain moisture & deliver a balanced, composed bite.

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive on time to complete check-in and receive their tier wristbands and complimentary drink tickets. Early arrival allows guests to enjoy networking opportunities, live entertainment, raffle participation, and speaking presentations highlighting the preparation and inspiration behind the featured menu selections.

WAIVER & SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Private Grill Chef Service Agreement and Liability Waiver ("Agreement") is entered into between Black & Gold Redefined LLC, operating as Black & Gold Redefined Co. ("Chef"), and the undersigned client ("Client"). By booking services, submitting a deposit, purchasing ticket, or signing this Agreement, Client agrees to all terms below.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE

  • Services are provided as a private grill chef experience by appointment only.
  • All menus are curated and prepared exclusively for the Client.
  • Food is prepared and marinated 12–48 hours in advance and finished on-site via grill.
  • All food is prepared fresh and is never frozen.
  • Chef is not a caterer and does not provide public buffet or public food service.

2. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Client acknowledges that open-fire grilling involves inherent risks, including heat, flames, smoke, and hot surfaces.
  • Client assumes full responsibility for guest behavior, proximity to equipment, and overall venue safety.
  • Client agrees to release and hold harmless Black & Gold Redefined LLC, its agents, contractors, and staff from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the service, including but not limited to incidents resulting from the disregard, violation, or noncompliance with established service terms and safety policies.
