What are the accommodation arrangements?

Participants will stay in hotel rooms of 2-4. Each room has a king bed and a couch bed, so rooms of 3-4 people will require attendees to share beds. Please specify during your registration the individuals you would like to room with and if you are willing to share a bed with them.

Registration is open from March 29 to July 12. If you need accommodation, you must complete registration by May 31st.

What do tickets include?

The ticket includes hotel accommodation, all program activities, Zoo admission, and lunch and dinner throughout the event.
