APPETIZER
Homemade Arancino (risotto ball) stuffed with braised short ribs, o’ju gravy, shaved Parmesan, crispy parsley, truffle oil

FIRST
Homemade spinach & ricotta ravioli with sausage ragù and creamy Parmesan sauce

SECOND COURSE
Whole pig roast dinner served with bourbon fire-roasted apple, roasted sweet potatoes, bacon, collard greens, cornbread, and gravy

DESSERT
Chocolate s’mores “cigar”
