Known as the Gate Keeper of the Red Mountain AVA, Cooper Winery is an estate grown, farmed and produced winery making the highest of quality Washington wines. Join Neil Cooper, winemaker, farmer and story teller for a fun and engaging five course dinner that won't soon be forgotten. This event WILL sell out quickly.

Chef Steven Swanson is starting his 11th year as the Executive Chef of Nectar Catering and Events. His award winning and creative approach always delivers an abundance of flavors that leave guests impressed.

FIRST COURSE

Shrimp & Avocado Napoleon

Citrus-poached shrimp, ripe avocado, and bright grapefruit, stacked in delicate form with a refreshing, zesty finish

Paired with: 2024 Rose of Carmenere


SECOND COURSE

Moorish-Spiced Pork Skewer

Fire-grilled pork glazed in warm spices, wrapped and served with smoky romesco and blistered tomatoes

Paired with: 2021 Estate Merlot


THIRD COURSE

Herb & Lemon Chicken Lollipop

Golden-roasted chicken infused with herbs and citrus, set atop a crisp leek haystack with sweet pea purée and a silky brown butter sauce

Paired with: 2019 L'inizio


FOURTH COURSE

Jerk-Spiced Short Rib

Slow-braised short rib with bold Caribbean spice, paired with peas and rice, wilted spinach, pickled onion, and a touch of scotch bonnet heat

FIFTH COURSE

Chocolate en Croûte

Decadent chocolate wrapped in crisp pastry, baked to a molten finish

Paired with: 2021 Cabernet Franc
