Our Home Cook classes at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts focus on the art of cooking with emphasis on using seasonal ingredients. Craft Fresh Pasta from Scratch, Puttanesca sauce, and pan-steamed broccoli!

Craft fresh pasta and this simple yet intriguing sauce. Fresh pasta is a delight and sure to impress any dinner party guest!Check-in is at 4:45 pm and we will start promptly at 5:00 pm.Menu:<ul><li>Fresh Pasta Dough- Hand crafted dough recipe.</li><li>Forming fettuccini- Turn pasta dough into noodles!</li><li>Puttanesca Sauce- An easy and quick sauce that is full of flavor. Anchovies meet tomatoes, capers, and olives.</li><li>Pan-steamed broccoli- lemon, chile flake, parmesan. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during the event.
