Do you have table reservations?

Yes! We offer table reservations for all Premium Fridays and Free Live Music Saturday Nights. Premium tables book quickly, so reserving through the event page is the best way to guarantee seating. Reserved tables are clearly marked, and our kiosk team will happily guide you on arrival.

Do I need to reserve a table?

Accepted Answer

Table reservations are optional, but if you want guaranteed seating, we recommend reserving in advance. If not, arriving early is your best option. You’re welcome to bring lawn chairs for the sanded area, but please note that foldable chairs aren’t allowed on the patio.

Does The Quarry have table service?

No- The Quarry does not offer table service, even for reserved tables. We provide counter service only.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?

Accepted Answer

No outside food or beverages are permitted. The Quarry offers a full bar and grille, so everything you need for a fun day by the water is available on-site.

Can I swim at the Quarry?

We are a NO SWIM location. Guests may only enter the water while participating in wakeboarding or the Aqua Park.

Are all ages allowed?

The Quarry is a family-friendly venue. Most of our events are open to all ages. For the few events that are 21+, this will be clearly listed on the event page, our website, and social media channels.

Are you ADA accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The Quarry has an elevator that provides full access to the facility. While not all tables are ADA compliant, ADA-compliant tables are available upon request—please call or message us ahead of time. If you need any additional assistance, call us at 815-893-0036 and a team member will help.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals. This ensures a clean and safe environment for all guests.

Can I bring my own seating?

Yes, lawn chairs are allowed only in the sanded area. Please note that no tents, tables, or coolers are allowed.

Do you have parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Parking is available on-site, with additional spaces in the upper and lower Three Oaks lots. Non-residents pay a $5 fee until 6:30 PM, collected by the City. Parking is free after 6:30 PM and in the off-season. Crystal Lake residents park free with a valid ID.
