When should I arrive for the class?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to sign any onsite waiver forms for the class you have signed up for. All activities will start promptly at their scheduled start time.

Should I bring my own yoga mat?

Free NoMa yoga mats will be provided while supplies last. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat in the event the free yoga mats have all been claimed.
