Do we have to sign waivers?

Yes! Please help us by signing your waivers ahead of time.  If you plan to bring youth with you, include them on the waiver of a parent or guardian. If a youth will be supervised by a non-custodial adult, please have their legal parent or guardian fill out the appropriate event waiver.

I'm under 18 . Can I participate?

Yes! Youth are encouraged to participate with the permission of a parent/guardian (waiver) and/or supervising adult (all youth must be supervised).

Question 3

Are there restrooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, portable restroom access will be available upon arrival and restroom access will be available at our painting location approximately a 0.3 mile walk from our parking area.

Question 4

What should we bring?

Accepted Answer

We recommend long pants and closed toe shoes, layers for weather and sun protection, and bring a reusable water container. We will have drinking water available for all participants. Please indicate if you would like to use our art materials on the sign up form or via email.

Question 5

I have accessibility needs. Can I participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible with more information on how we can make this outdoor event accessible to you. We may not be able to meet accommodation requests, especially those received within 72 hours of the event, but we will always do our very best. Everyone is welcome at our events!
