There is no charge for this forum, but participants are responsible for lodging and mileage. Registration is limited to 65 people.

Please make your own arrangements. A limited block of 20 rooms at the state rate of $110 have been set aside for May 11 at the Sleep Inn Bismarck, 1510 E. Century Avenue. Call the hotel at 701.751.4861 by April 20 and request a room under the Bank of North Dakota block. State rate rooms are first-come, first-served.
