About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the burner.About this Dish: Pasta alla Carbonara is an iconic Roman dish made with guanciale (cured pork jowl), whole eggs and egg yolks, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. A simple yet savory recipe that Romans are proud to call their own.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Roman pasta dishes</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta Carbonara</li></ul><ul><li>Make your own Pasta Carbonara sauce from scratch by hand</li></ul><ul><li>Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Pasta Carbonara prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control.
