Three-Week Immersive Tech Summer Camp 8/3 - 8/21

Technical Theater Summer Camp In each of these dynamic, hands-on tech camps, your child will learn about all of the behind the scenes technical elements of bringing a stage production to life!Working with our theater’s technical staff, campers will learn the art of stage crafting including: <ul><li>Theater terminology</li><li>Theater safety (including safe operation of basic power tools)</li><li>Stage directions</li><li>Set design, carpentry, set building, and scenic set painting</li><li>Prop design</li><li>Costuming</li><li>Show budgets</li><li>Handling stage microphones</li><li>Basic light and sound board operation</li></ul>At the end of each enrollment session, your camper will be part of the technical team that runs the show production DetailsAges: 12-18Dates: 8/3 - 8/21Time: 9am to 3pmLocation: The Everett TheatreFinal Performances: Friday, August 21 at 7:30pm &amp; Saturday, August 22 at 2pm (Matinee)Cost: $550(The Everett is a nonprofit organization. The processing fees help cover credit card charges and the cost of utilizing the registration system.)
