PWA Architects specialises in offering clients a holistic approach to architectural design and planning, bringing together architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and a highly competent technical team. The team instils a strong sense of place and grounding in all PWA projects, creating designs that reflect the client’s needs while thoughtfully responding to the surrounding environment.

Housed in an early-20th-century manor on Vajira Road, the PWA studio has welcomed many generations of users throughout its long history. First built as a family home, later serving as an ambassadorial residence, and eventually becoming a creative workspace, the house has continually adapted to new purposes. PWA has occupied the space for the past decade, honouring and preserving the manor’s enduring spirit.

A large canopy of trees marks the property's entrance. The airy front veranda is the favoured meeting place for PWA staff and clients, and the lush garden offers a tranquil refuge for designers to nurture their creativity. Inside, the house still features its original design elements like the patterned tiles and is gracefully appointed with period furniture, while the workspaces have evolved to accommodate modern-day technical needs.
