Barolo, From the Source — One Night at Marrow in the Market
Join us for our inaugural wine dinner featuring Alberto Cordero di Montezemolo’s amazing Piedmont wines.
Our First Wine Collaboration Dinner
With Alberto Cordero di Montezemolo — Piedmont, Italy
There are wine dinners.
And then there are nights that set a new standard.
Join us at Marrow in the Market for our first wine collaboration dinner with the esteemed wine producer Alberto Cordero di Montezemolo.
For 19 generations, the Cordero di Montezemolo family has farmed in La Morra, tending the historic Monfalletto vineyard since 1340. Few names are as intertwined with Barolo’s history — and fewer still carry it forward with this level of clarity and purpose.
Alberto is not simply a proprietor. He is a custodian of the Langhe’s past and present, equally fluent in tradition and evolution. Expect a thoughtful, lively evening: stories from the vineyard, perspective on Barolo’s stylistic shifts, and insight you won’t find on the back label.
We’ll move through the estate’s range, from mineral-driven Arneis and finely cut Chardonnay to expressive Langhe Nebbiolo, culminating in a benchmark Barolo from their historic holdings.
Marrow in the Market’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Noelle Prater, whom we are proud to introduce, will curate and prepare dinner. Enjoy a menu conceived expressly for these wines, designed to delight and illuminate rather than overshadow. Expect seasonal ingredients, exacting technique, and the understated confidence that defines Marrow.
Seats are limited. Please join us for a landmark evening at Marrow in the Market.
