Come join us for the Pink New Moon. Intention setting, nervous system regulation, and renewal through breathwork, meditation, and sound!

The new moon invites you to plant the seeds of new beginnings and align with your highest potential. Soul Sync is a meditative sound healing experience designed to help you set powerful intentions while gently repairing, rewiring, and rewriting your inner story toward positivity, healing, and self-empowerment.

Through breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing, sound healer, musician, and holistic wellness coach Amy Noel Walters creates a sacred space for release and renewal. As crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred frequencies wash over you, your mind and body align with the vibration of your intentions and the creative energy of the new moon.

Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish. If lying on the floor or getting up is challenging for you, please let me know — your comfort matters 💜
